Ms. Rushnawitz, a Senior Economist and the Managing Director of GMA has over fifteen years of consulting experience in litigation and other analytic matters. Her focus is on antitrust, market definition and market power issues, econometric modeling, event studies and comparative profitability studies. Prior to joining GMA, Ms. Rushnawitz was the Senior Vice President and Partner at Tabors Caramanis & Associates where she managed the firm’s litigation-support practice area and had a major role in the management of the company. Before joining TCA, Ms. Rushnawitz was a freelance economist specializing in litigation matters and damage calculations. She was a Vice President and Senior Associate with the Law & Economics Consulting Group (LECG) where she was responsible for all aspects of management for the medium-sized consulting firm. In addition, she was a project leader for a variety of litigation, merger and acquisition and regulatory cases. Prior to joining LECG, Ms. Rushnawitz was an Analyst with the Analysis Group. There, in addition to antitrust work, she focused on demand-side management issues, hedonic analysis and econometric modeling.
