With more than 30 years experience in consulting, teaching, and testimony, Dr. Hartman specializes in industrial organization and the application of quantitative methods to pharmaceutical markets, antitrust analysis, regulated industries, energy markets, environmental issues, employment discrimination, and damage estimation. He has held positions as Associate Professor of Economics at Boston University, as Visiting Associate Professor at the University of California’s Berkeley School of Law, and as a member of the research faculty at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
